The photos were taken for American Vogue.
First Lady Olena Zelenska and President Volodymyr Zelensky appeared together for American Vogue. The author of the pictures is the legendary British photographer Annie Leibovitz, the publication says.
As we wrote before, Leibowitz was spotted in Kyiv at the beginning of July, but the purpose of her visit was not disclosed.
It turned out that Olena Zelenska posed for Leibowitz not only in the President’s Office, but also against the background of the destroyed “Mriya” in Hostomel.
In addition to filming, the couple told the publication how the war affected their family. Zelenska admitted that the separation from her children had a great impact on her husband, to which he also said that he misses children very much.
The president also said that he is proud of his wife.
