Two ponies named Capa and Malenka — walk on the territory of the Kyiv military rehabilitation center.
They were rescued by one of the patients of the institution.
The charity organization UAnimals reported this.
As animal rights activists noted, the animals were kept in inhumane conditions and wanted to get rid of them. However, now the pony is in good hands.
Capa and Malenka became a true consolation for Ukrainian defenders who are undergoing rehabilitation at the center.
Animal activists transferred UAH 10,000 to the enclosures for the ponies, and they gave a two-month supply of muesli for horses.
