The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, Joao Cravinho has arrived on a business visit in Kyiv.
Cravinho wrote about it on Twitter on Wednesday.
“Honoured to be in Kyiv on this day, the day of celebration of the 31st anniversary of the independence of Ukraine, which russia sought and failed to crush. I bring a message of solidarity, as well as political, military, financial and humanitarian support,” Cravinho tweeted on Wednesday.
