In Kyiv, the Ukrainian Flag has been strung across the river from the left to the right bank

The event was attended by internally displaced residents of Mariupol, Melitopil and other Ukrainian cities.

This was reported in social networks. The length of the flag is 430 meters.

“Internally displaced Ukrainians, in particular, residents of Kherson and Mariupol, symbolically united the left and right banks of the Dnipro with the help of the flag of Ukraine,” the message reads.

 In the press service of the Ministry of Culture noted, the Action symbolizes the unity of the Ukrainian people in the struggle for the independence of Ukraine.

“The Ukrainian flag was strung across the Park Pedestrian Bridge to Trukhaniv Island… The participants of the action once again showed that the territory of Ukraine is indivisible and inviolable, and Kherson, Mariupol, Melitopil, Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimea are Ukraine!”, the press service emphasized.
