The State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine has resumed traffic across 50 bridges that had been destroyed as a result of Russian attacks.

Andrii Ivko, the First Deputy Head of the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Ukraine, reported this on Facebook.

“A recently repaired bridge in Sumy Oblast became the fiftieth artificial structure where we have been able to re-establish traffic. In some sections of the bridge, we built a detour; in other places, we organised temporary crossings”, he stated.

In total, 15 bridges have been destroyed in Sumy Oblast, 10 of them located on roads of national importance.

Ivko specified that two parts of the bridge were connected with a reliable concrete structure, a fence was put up and sidewalks were built.
