Since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, specialists at Kyiv's Contact Center have processed nearly half a million calls, registered almost 140,000 requests, and consulted over 315,000 people.

The number of people on the lines simultaneously could reach over 100 people. That number exceeded 500 callers when food kits were being distributed.

One of the areas of work the Contact Center has engaged in has been registering the information of disadvantaged citizens who needed food, medicine, and other essential items.
