“Russians shelled seven settlements in Luhansk region yesterday. In addition, medicines are running out in healthcare institutions. The invaders ignore this issue. Everything delivered from the Russian Federation is directed to the needs of the military.

Moreover, the healthcare staff was brought from the regions of Russia to exclusively deal with the invaders. The local population does not receive medical assistance.

The Russians also continue taking forced passportization measures. The first in line are state employees and pensioners who are threatened with being left without money.
