Russians attacked the Odessa region with Shahed drones on Wednesday night, managing to hit a target of public infrastructure.
This was reported by the Odessa Regional State Administration.
“The enemy launched an attack using Shahed-136 drones on the Odessa region last night. Thanks to the successful work of our defense forces, most of the enemy’s drones were destroyed, but unfortunately, there was a hit on a public infrastructure object”, the administration reported.
According to preliminary reports, there were no casualties. Rescue workers are currently containing the fire at the site of impact.
During the attack, Ukrainian military forces in the sky above Odessa managed to shoot down 10 out of 12 Shahed drones.
