Dmytro Bilotserkovets, the advisor to the mayor of the capital city and co-head of the "UDAR" faction in the Kiev City Council, discovered surveillance devices in his office at the Kyiv City State Administration building. Additionally, three GPS trackers for monitoring movements were found in different locations in his personal car.

Bilotserkovets sharedthis information on his Facebook page.

“Who and why is listening to me? Illegal wiretapping and surveillance can only be either the work of Russian intelligence agencies or the activities of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies who are given orders to pressure political rivals. In the first case, this is a threat to national security, in the second – the misuse of millions of hryvnias from the state budget and abuse of power during a war to destroy democracy. Both pose a threat to the country at war”, the official said.
