Russian forces launched a missile strike on Mykolaiv during the night of April 27.
This was reported by the head of the Mykolaiv Regional State Administration, Vitaliy Kim.
At the moment, it is known about 1 killed and 23 wounded, including a child.
Earlier, it was reported that five people were injured, two of whom were in critical condition.
