On the night of May 1st, the Russians launched 18 missiles towards Ukraine.
This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valeriy Zaluzhnyy.
“Overall, 18 air-launched cruise missiles X-101/X-555 were fired, and 15 were destroyed by the Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine”, he said.
The enemy fired the missiles at around 2:30 am from strategic aviation aircraft – nine Tu-95s from the Olenegorsk (Murmansk Oblast) region and two Tu-160s from the Caspian Sea region.
