On May 8th, due to a missile strike, the warehouse in Odessa region that housed humanitarian aid from the Ukrainian Red Cross Society was completely destroyed.

“As a result of the missile strike on the Odessa region on May 8, 2023, the leased storage facility of the Odessa regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society with an area of 1000 sq.m was completely destroyed”, the statement said.
It is noted that as a result of the shelling, all the humanitarian aid for the Odessa region, which was located in the warehouse, was completely destroyed. At the time of the missile strike, representatives of the Red Cross were not present at the scene.
“The provision of humanitarian aid and the activities of some projects of the Odessa regional organization of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society have been suspended”, the statement also said. Earlier, we reported that as a result of a missile hitting the warehouse in Odessa region, a security guard who was there was killed. Three warehouse workers were also injured. The injured received medical assistance.
