Finland has sent its 16th military aid package to Ukraine, valued at 109 million euros. It includes anti-aircraft weapons and ammunition.
This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Finland.
“Finland continues to support Ukraine together with our international partners. The total value of all aid packages provided by Finland now amounts to 1.1 billion euros”, said Antti Kaikkonen, the Minister of Defense of the country.
It is noted that the latest package includes anti-aircraft weapons and ammunition. Additional information about the content of the aid, delivery methods, and supply terms is not disclosed for security reasons.
Yesterday, the Ministry of Defense of Japan handed over 100 vehicles and 30,000 ready-to-eat meals to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
