The Ukrainian military liberated the village of Novodarivka on the border of Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.

The Zaporizhzhia brigade of the Joint Forces Operation reported that this happened on June 4th.

Valeriy Shershenn, the spokesperson for the Defense Forces of the Tavria direction, also reported that Russian occupiers detonated a dam near Novodarivka in the Zaporizhzhia region.

“We have information that the enemy blew up a dam near the settlement of Novodarivka, which led to flooding on both banks of the Mokri Yalyn River. This does not affect the offensive operations of the defense forces in the Tavria direction”, said Shershenn.

As previously reported, Odessa Marines, as part of the counteroffensive operations, liberated the village of Storozhove in the Donetsk region. This settlement had been occupied since March 2022.
