Over the past day, the intensity of shelling in Kherson region has decreased to 250 incidents.

This was reported on KYIV24 by Sergiy Khlan, a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council.

“Over the past day, the number of shelling incidents has halved. There were 250 shelling incidents in a day. Usually, the number of shelling incidents varies from 300 to 500 per day, and sometimes even more. It seems that the shelling never stops. The residents of the regional center and the entire right-bank Kherson Oblast are constantly under fire. These shelling incidents have a psychological impact. It’s impossible to sleep at night, and exhausted people manage to fall asleep only briefly. Our counter-battery attacks are in operation, and we respond strongly. That’s why the number of shelling incidents is decreasing”, he explained.
