Prosecutors have already submitted an indictment to the court against the former CEO of the State Enterprise "Antonov" on charges of official negligence.

The investigation has revealed that the ex-official of the state enterprise negligently performed his official duties regarding the preservation of property.
As a result, the transport aircraft AN-225 “Mriya” was not timely transported from the dangerous zone, the Antonov State Aircraft Enterprise’s airport in Hostomel, Kyiv Oblast.
Subsequently, due to shelling by the military of the aggressor state, the aircraft was destroyed, causing our country damages of almost 8.5 billion UAH.
Currently, the accused is in custody.
It should be noted that on April 5, the former CEO of the State Enterprise “Antonov”, Serhiy Bychkov, was informed about the suspicion of official negligence. The damages to the state from the destruction of the An-225 are estimated at over 8.4 billion UAH, and Bychkov faces up to 5 years in prison for this.
