From the Ukrainian children who remain in the occupied territories, Russians are attempting to create new Ruscists by propagating stories about fascists from whom they purportedly provide protection.
This was revealed by Denis Samigin, an expert from the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, in an interview with KYIV24.
“Russian fascism attacked, seized territory. They are turning the children who find themselves under occupation into new Ruscists. They have a program where Russian military personnel conduct ‘lessons of bravery.’ They tell the children that there are fascists against whom they are being protected. Thus, Russia is trying to conceal the truth about what it did in Ukraine when it killed innocent civilians”, he stated.
It’s worth noting that occupiers are coercively issuing passports to schoolchildren in the occupied territories, threatening older students with the withholding of their graduation certificates.
