On the morning of August 23, Russian forces dropped two guided aerial bombs on Kherson. There are damages and casualties.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin.

Around 4 a.m., Russian military dropped two guided aerial bombs on a kindergarten and residential buildings.

According to Prokudin, the shelling resulted in a fire, which firefighters promptly extinguished. As noted, six people were injured.

A 22-year-old man was taken to a medical facility, while others received medical assistance on-site.
