The Anti-Corruption Court has transferred 100% of the corporate rights of the company "Aerok" to the state. The owner of these rights is the "LSR Group," owned by Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov.

This information is reported by the State Bureau of Investigations.

“The Higher Anti-Corruption Court satisfied the lawsuit prepared by the Ministry of Justice based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) and confiscated 100% of the corporate rights of LLC ‘AEROK,’ whose ultimate owner is the ‘LSR Group,’ owned by the Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov”, the statement reads.

Previously, in May of last year, the SBI established that a Ukrainian enterprise involved in the production of construction materials was under the control of Russian oligarch Andrey Molchanov. He is a former member of the “Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation”, associated with the occupying authorities, and pays significant taxes to the budget of the aggressor country.

The Russian commercial structure is a major taxpayer in the territory of the aggressor country. Therefore, taxes and fees to the budget of the occupying country were paid from the funds received from the Ukrainian company, financing its security apparatus and the defense-industrial complex during the aggression against our state. These assets were seized and handed over to the management of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA).
