During the night of August 24th, Russian forces struck Dnipro with missiles, resulting in injuries to seven individuals and significant damage.

This was reportedby the head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration, Sergiy Lysak.

“Amidst the night, powerful explosions rocked Dnipro as the enemy targeted the city with rockets. A transportation facility suffered extensive destruction. Seven people were injured, including three men and four women, aged 32 to 55. Most of them sustained shrapnel wounds and lacerations. Six of the injured were hospitalized in a moderately severe condition” he noted.

According to Lysak, one of the rockets was intercepted by defenders from the Air Command “East.”

It is noted that around a dozen objects were damaged, including a bank, gas station, hotel, agricultural enterprise, furniture production, and administrative building. Fifteen kiosks were also destroyed.

Furthermore, an enemy rocket destroyed two residential buildings, three buses, and several vehicles. It also damaged the overhead trolleybus wires, water, and gas pipelines.

Recalling that due to the Russian strike on Romny on August 23rd, at least 6 people were killed and four were wounded.
