Russian forces targeted Kupiansk with a guided aerial bomb, leading to the deaths of three civilians.
This information was reported by Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Regional State Administration (RSA).
“Russian occupiers have committed another war crime against the peaceful population of Kharkiv region. Today, the enemy launched a strike with a guided aerial bomb on the city of Kupiansk,” he said.
According to Synegubov, as a result of this strike, three civilians lost their lives.
Emergency services are currently on-site, and further information is being clarified.
