On the morning of October 13, the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region was attacked by the Russian army, resulting in the destruction of two administrative buildings, at least one person killed, and 13 injured.
This information was reported by the Donetsk Regional Military Administration.
“The morning in Pokrovsk began with enemy shelling. The Russians targeted the city center – as of now (10:06), there is information about at least 1 fatality and 13 injured. Two buildings have been damaged”, the report states.
The type of weaponry used and the final consequences of the strike are still being determined.
The State Emergency Service also reported that they rescued three people from the rubble.
According to rescuers, two administrative buildings have been destroyed.
