Russian occupiers are planting explosives near stationary gas regulating stations, electrical substations, and critical infrastructure objects in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region.
This was reportedby the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR).
These actions by the occupiers indicate their probable intention to destroy critical infrastructure elements when they have to retreat.
Earlier, we reported that the occupiers are evacuating government institutions from the left bank, possibly to preserve certain documents.
