Dmitry Medvedev, the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, stated that Moscow is not opposed to talks with Ukraine, but they do not change the goals of their "special operation".

Medvedev wrote about this on Telegram.

“The special operation will continue, its goal remains the disarmament of Ukrainian forces and the rejection of the current Ukrainian state from the ideology of neo-Nazism”, he said.

Medvedev emphasized that Russia will do everything possible to achieve a change of power in Ukraine. Furthermore, the aggressor country seeks to capture more Ukrainian cities.

“Odesa, Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipro), Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kyiv – Russian cities, like many others, are temporarily occupied. All of them are currently marked in yellow-blue on paper maps and electronic tablets”, the occupant’s post said.

He also added that no one is refusing negotiations; they are possible. However, according to him, negotiations will not affect Russia’s plans, and they will continue to seek the capitulation of Ukraine.

It is worth noting that, according to the tasks of Russian special services, suspects in state treason, members of a criminal organization, are preparing a massive media special operation against the State Bureau of Investigations. This criminal organization was exposed by the State Bureau of Investigations and the Security Service of Ukraine in November of this year. It included current and former members of parliament, an assistant to one of them, and a former prosecutor.
