On the morning of December 29, Russians attacked Kyiv from the air, causing damage.

The Kyiv City State Administration (KMVA) reported this.

In the Svyatoshyn and Podil districts of the capital, the falling debris was recorded. Preliminarily, there is a fire in a residential high-rise building in the Svyatoshyn district. In another location, there are fires involving parked cars. Also, in the Podil district, there is a fire on the territory of warehouse premises.

In the Shevchenko district, there are preliminary damages to a residential building. There is also a fire on the territory of garages.

In the Darnytskyi district, there is damage to a residential building. Preliminarily, no casualties and fires have been reported.

The building of the “Lukyanivska” metro station was damaged by the explosion. As of 10:00, the operation of the station has been restored.

As a result of the enemy missile hitting the roof of an unfinished business center building in the Shevchenko district, the upper floors (from the 10th to the 8th) are partially destroyed. Isolated fires occurred on the roof.

As the mayor of the capital specified, 17 people were affected by the attack in the city. One person died, and 17 injured were hospitalized in the city’s medical facilities. Three of them received medical assistance on the spot.

Four people were freed from the rubble of a warehouse building in the Shevchenko district.
