“Unfortunately, it has recently become known about the fifth fatality. He was a man born in 1960, who died in the hospital”, he said.
According to the journalist, the fire has been extinguished. At present, 23 people are in Odesa hospitals, including 8 in serious condition, and another four in critical condition, including a 4-year-old child. Among the injured are the rector of the Odesa National Law Academy and former MP Serhiy Kivalov. He suffered shrapnel wounds and had a venous bleeding.

As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in the Student Palace of the National University “Odesa Law Academy”, also known as the “Hogwarts Castle”. As reported by the head of the Strategic Communications Center of the Southern Defense Forces, Dmytro Pletenchuk, during the attacks, the enemy used shrapnel missiles against Odesa, intended to target live forces.
