This is already the third institution with same services to help forced migrants living in the capital.
A General Consultation Center for Internally Displaced Persons has opened in Desnyanskiy district. This is already the third institution to help forcibly displaced persons living in Kyiv, reported the deputy head of the Kyiv City Administration Marina Honda, writes on the website of the Kyiv City State Administration.
Since February 24, almost 11,000 internally displaced persons have been registered in Desnyanskiy district, 1,400 of them are children. The issues of people in different areas of the city are similar: processing documents, benefits, employment, educational institutions for children. These centers are very convenient, because IDPs can get all the necessary information in one place, and they do not need to visit different institutions. In addition, they can get food from the Red Cross Society. Previously, we launched such centers in the Shevchenkivskyi and Solomyanskyi districts” – Honda said.
She also reminded that appointments in the Shevchenkiv district take place every Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the address: Volodymyrska Street, 51-B.
In Solomyanskiy district – every Wednesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the address: str. Volynska, 2.
In Desnyanskiy district it will continue every Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the address: Balzaka Street, 28, “BiblioHab”.
