The center started working in the spaces of the district library on the Almazova street,14.

The message noted that on July 20, a counseling center for internally displaced persons was opened in the spaces of the district library (Almazova St., 14) on the territory of Pechersk District, which was visited by the head of the Pechersk District State Administration Nataliya Kondrashova and her deputy Anatoliy Nevmerzhitskyi.

The work of the Center is organized to help people who have been forced to leave their homes. About 3,500 internally displaced persons who left their permanent places of residence after February 24, 2022, and more than 13,000 persons who moved from temporarily occupied territories or from territories where hostilities are taking place since 2014, are registered in Pechersk District.

Structural subdivisions and services of the Pechersk district state administration in the city of Kyiv are involved in the provision of consultations, whose specialists provide clarification on the following issues:

  • social protection;
  • receiving humanitarian aid;
  • health Care;
  • placement for children in educational institutions;
  • receiving administrative services;
  • primary legal aid;
  • psychological assistance;
  • register for housing
  • compensation for housing and communal services.

Issues addressed by internally displaced persons will be analyzed, therefore, if necessary, relevant specialists will be additionally involved.
