Now traffic from the Yahodyn checkpoint will cross this section on the left lane in two lanes.
Car traffic on the highway section of the M-07 Kyiv-Kovel-Yagodyn (in the city of Lublin) between the villages of Dovhonosy and Stary Koshary in the Kovel district has been changed.
As reported by the press service of Ukravtodor. It is noticed, that last year this 3-kilometer section was expanded as a part of the reconstruction.
In particular, a new Section was laid – preparatory work was carried out, the was widened, a three-layer foundation and three layers of asphalt were laid.
The existing driveway have been restored as well. The old road was expanded from 9 to 10.5 meters and covered with three layers of asphalt, temporary road markings were painted.
This year, traffic organization works were carried out on this section of the highway – road signs were installed and road markings were painted.
The builder is Lutskavtodor-Service LLC. “Today, the M-07 highway is extremely important for the Volyn region and for the country at all. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure safe traffic conditions and increase the capacity of this junction. We urge drivers to be careful and pay attention to road signs” – press service reports.
