During the night of November 1, Russian occupiers attacked Ukraine with 20 "Shahed" drones and an X-59 missile.
The Ukrainian Air Force reported this.
As reported, Russian invaders targeted critical infrastructure and military objects.
The launch area for the X-59 missile and some of the “Shahed” drones was in the Kursk region of Russia, while the rest of the enemy attack UAVs came from the southeast direction in the Primorsko-Akhtarsk region of Russia.
The Air Force added that the combat drones were being destroyed along their flight paths. This involved tactical aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, and mobile fire groups of the Air Force in cooperation with the air defense forces of Ukraine. The air defense forces successfully shot down 18 out of 20 attack drones, Shahed-136/131, and the guided aviation missile X-59.
