Due to the Russian shelling of Kherson region, 16 civilians were affected, out of them, two sustained fatal injuries.

This information was reported by the head of Kherson Regional State Administration, Alexander Prokudin.

“Over the past day, the enemy conducted 101 attacks, firing 597 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad systems, AGS, tanks, aviation, and UAVs. Due to Russian aggression, 2 people died, and another 14 were injured, including 1 child”, he said.

In the city of Kherson, the Russians fired 30 shells. Occupiers targeted residential areas of settlements in the region, critical infrastructure, and a plant in Berislav, as well as the territory of the park in Kherson.

Overall, on the night of October 24, the occupiers attacked Ukraine with 6 combat drones of the “Shakhed” type. All six combat drones were destroyed by air defense forces and means.
