On the evening of September 19, Russians attempted to attack the Ukrainian capital with drones. Air defense forces successfully destroyed all enemy targets.
This marks the fifth aerial attack on Kyiv in December, and the second consecutive one involving drones.
According to preliminary information, the UAVs, of the “Shahed” type, approached the capital from the south, flying over the Black Sea, passing through the Odessa, Kirovohrad, and Cherkasy regions.
As reported, all enemy drones were intercepted before reaching Kyiv. There were no casualties or damage in the capital.
