Blogger Sergiy Sternenko published a video showing a Russian drone, Shahed-136, hitting Romanian territory on September 4. The footage could serve as evidence that the drone did not accidentally enter Romanian territory.

This was discussed in Sternenko’s video blog segment.

The video captures the sound of this drone. It reduced its engine RPM before the strike, which is characteristic behavior for the Shahed-136 when it is targeting.

The blogger emphasized a crucial moment in the recording, indicating that there was no anti-aircraft fire during the strike, which suggests that the drone deliberately hit Romanian territory, as it was programmed to do so by the Russians.

Previously, the President of Romania stated that if it is confirmed that parts of the Russian drone are on Romanian territory, it would be a “serious violation”. Additionally, he referred to attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure in the Danube region as war crimes.
