Asset holders must provide the population with 24/7 access to civil protection shelters in response to air raid sirens.
If the shelters remain closed during the alert, KARS emergency workers and police officers will cut the locks to provide residents access to the protective structures.
If the doors of shelters marked on the map are closed during an air raid alert, residents can call at 101 or 102.
