The Kyiv City Council adopted the capital's budget for next year and amendments to the cit's Economic and Social Development Program for 2021-2023 (part of 2023).
In 2023, the Program will focus on ensuring that critical infrastructure functions properly, maintaining a stable social situation in the city, and restoring destroyed facilities.
