Oleksiy Kuleba, the head of the Kyiv Region Military Administration, announced this.
According to him, all areas of Kyiv region were inspected for the explosive objects.
“Special services have checked all populated areas of the region that were under occupation for the explosive objects. These are 270 cities, villages, and towns within Buchanskyi, Brovarskyi and Vyshhorodskyi districts of Kyiv region. Since the beginning of the work, 52,862 explosive objects were found and neutralized by pyrotechnics.” the post noted.
Currently, about 8,462 km2 remain unexplored, of which 2,600 km2 are in the Exclusion Zone.
