The responsibility for the organization of the killing of propagandist Vladlen Tatarsky has been claimed by the "National Republican Army". Previously, they were attributed to the killing of Darya Dugina.
The statement from the “National Republican Army” was spread by the Telegram channel “Rospartizan”.
“We organized and carried out the action on April 2, 2023, against the Z-activist group and personally against the well-known firebrand and war propagandist, military criminal Maxim Fomin, known as Vladlen Tatarsky. This action was prepared and carried out autonomously by us, and we have no connection and have not received any assistance from any foreign structures, let alone special services,” the statement said.
The organization representatives also stated that Darina Trebova, who was arrested on suspicion of the liquidation of Tatarsky, is a heroine.
“At a time when many ‘oppositionists’ were writing posts on Facebook and shining flashlights, she was fighting, going to rallies, and risking her freedom by participating in all opposition movements that now refuse her,” the statement said.
At the same time, the “Republicans” did not confirm or deny Trebova’s involvement in the organization and execution of Tatarsky’s killing.
It should be noted that former State Duma deputy Ilya Ponomarev, who lives in Ukraine and claims to lead the radical wing of the Russian opposition, drew attention to this publication. He added the “Republicans” post to his Telegram channel.
The existence of the “National Republican Army” became known for the first time in August of last year. It was then that Ponomarev claimed that this organization was behind the killing of Dugina.
