“Ukrzaliznytsia” introduced the tenth upgraded electric rolling stock train for the Kyiv City Express route, which will be used for passenger transportation on the route of the Kyiv Ring electric train. This is reported by the press service.
Passengers will be served exclusively by modernized trains, Ukrzaliznytsia reports.
“This rolling stock is inclusive, designed for convenient transportation of passengers with children, people with disabilities, cyclists, has comfortable seats, and in the latest models has changes implemented due to passenger’s feedback. For example, bike racks are now equipped with special soft pads. It was important for us to supply the ring train with completely updated electric trains from the first day of its launch. Now we present a new train, which came out of repair just today. We want to make people understand that Kyiv City Express is a quality standard,” Oleksandr Kamyshin, Chairman of the Board of JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia”, said.
