“Of the 575 tanks currently supplied to Ukraine, Poland has delivered 325. The Netherlands is second (85), Germany is third (80), and the US is fourth (76). In addition, of the 28 planes currently sent to Kyiv, Poland has sent 14 MiG-29 fighter jets”, the statement said.

The MiG-29 is a Soviet and Russian fourth-generation multi-purpose fighter jet developed in the 1970s. It is designed to destroy air targets with guided missiles and onboard guns and to strike ground targets with unguided weapons. It has numerous modifications and is used by more than 20 countries worldwide.
It is known that Slovakia recently delivered 13 promised MiG-29 fighter jets to Ukraine.
