The Pyrotechnic Works Unit of the Kyiv Rescue Service of KARS carries out work on the inspection for the presence of explosive objects in the territories of preschool and educational institutions in Pushcha-Vodytsia. From June 29 to August 12, pyrotechnicians made 18 trips to the territory of Puscha-Vodytsia, where military operations were previously conducted. This was reported by the Department of Municipal Security of the Kyiv City State Administration.

In a month and a half, rescuers inspected the territories of 2 preschool and 3 secondary schools with a total area of 12.8 hectares. 5 pyrotechnicians of KARS “Kyiv Rescue Service” were involved in the work. They work eight hours a day. Surveying process is ongoing.

The Kyiv City State Administration reminds that in the period from April 11 to May 19, pyrotechnicians of the municipal emergency rescue service “Kyiv Rescue Service” in cooperation with the Mobile Rescue Rapid Response Center of the State Emergency Service made 29 trips to the territory of Puscha-Vodytsyia, where military operations were previously conducted, and more than 20 explosive objects had been found.

In total, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, pyrotechnicians of the “Kyiv Rescue Service” made 90 trips to inspect the territories for the presence of explosive objects.
