Prices for renting housing in the capital fell from 38% to 56% from February 24 to the beginning of July.

According to bird analytics, as of July 12, the average rental price for one-bedroom apartments in the capital is UAH 8,000, which is 38% less than February prices. Average prices for renting two-bedroom apartments decreased from UAH 21.6 thousand in February to UAH 12.6 thousand, or by 42%, three-bedroom apartments – from UAH 46.1 thousand to UAH 20.5 thousand in June, by 56% .
There is a stabilization of prices, they have not changed since the beginning of summer. At the same time, the ad views in July is higher than in June.
“Currently, it is about 90% of the pre-war number. It is expected that, this indicator will return to the level of the beginning of February,” the press service reported.
