Russian forces this morning shelled the civilian infrastructure of the town of Seredina-Buda in Sumy region with artillery fire.

As a result of the shelling, a woman suffered shrapnel wounds and died in the ambulance. On November 6, 2023, around 8 a.m., the occupiers, using methods of warfare prohibited by international law, conducted artillery shelling of the civilian infrastructure in Seredina-Buda in Sumy region.
As a result of the enemy’s attack, a 63-year-old woman suffered shrapnel wounds and died in the ambulance, according to the report.
The Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office is conducting a pre-trial investigation into the violation of laws and customs of war combined with intentional murder. Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.
