The Russian military shelled Kherson region 50 times over the past day, three civilians were injured.
Yaroslav Yanushevych, head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, wrote this on Telegram.
“Information on enemy shelling over the past day, December 27. The Russian occupiers shelled the territory of Kherson region 50 times,” he wrote.
It is noted that the Russian forces used artillery, MLRS, mortars and tanks to attack peaceful settlements.
In particular, the enemy attacked the city of Kherson 23 times. Enemy shells hit a medical institution, a kindergarten, a bakery, warehouses, private and apartment buildings.
According to Yanushevych, three people received injuries of varying degrees of severity as a result of Russian shelling.
As reported, the Russian invaders shelled a maternity hospital in the city of Kherson city, no casualties were reported.
