Russian troops shelled Kherson region on April 13, with fatalities reported in the village of Zmiivka and in Kherson itself.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, during a national telethon.
“Today, enemy aviation also struck the village of Zmiivka in Berislav district. The Russians targeted the local school building with guided bombs. According to preliminary information, one person was killed, and another was injured”, Prokudin said.
The prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation into the violation of the laws and customs of war.
According to the investigation, on April 13, the Russian army once again shelled residential areas of the regional center and settlements in the region.
Prokudin also reported that the enemy shelled the village of Mykilske in the Dariivska community. A 52-year-old man was injured and taken to a hospital in Kherson in serious condition by Ukrainian military personnel.
According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, since early morning, the enemy has been shelling the park in the Dnipro district of Kherson, and a 45-year-old man sustained life-threatening injuries due to the enemy’s attack.
