Russians have attacked Kyiv with missiles and strike drones. Over 40 enemy targets were destroyed

During the night of May 29, during the enemy's latest attack on Kyiv, Air Defense Forces destroyed over 40 enemy aerial targets.

This was reported by the spokesperson of the Kyiv Military Administration (KMA), Mykhailo Shamanov, on “KYIV24” broadcast.

“Only 18 hours have passed since the most massive UAV attack on Kyiv, and the enemy has attacked the capital again. This is the 15th aerial attack since the beginning of May”, the statement said.

It is noted that this night the enemy again used drones, according to preliminary information – Shahed. Almost simultaneously with the UAV attack, enemy Tu-95MS aircraft launched cruise missiles from the Caspian Sea area, presumably X-101/555.

Therefore, the attack on the capital was combined, from different directions.

“In total, with the efforts and means of our Air Defense Forces, over 40 aerial targets were detected and destroyed. No hits on Kyiv were allowed”, summarized the KMA.

According to the Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, there were no casualties or damage.
