Russian forces on September 18th, shelled Avdiivka and the outskirts of Toretsk in Donetsk region. As a result of the enemy's attack, two people were killed, and another one was wounded.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
At 07:30, Russian occupying forces shelled the town of Pivnichne in the city of Toretsk, presumably using artillery. A man riding a bicycle was killed by the explosion of an enemy projectile. Another local resident was on the street during the attack and suffered shrapnel wounds to the chest.
At 11:45, Russian military conducted an air-to-ground missile strike on Avdiivka. A woman was killed when a projectile hit a private residence in the backyard.
Pre-trial investigations have already been initiated into criminal proceedings related to violations of the laws and customs of war.
It is worth noting that during the night of September 18th, Russian occupiers also shelled Nikopol, Myrivska, and Marganetska communities with heavy artillery.
