On April 27, as a result of enemy attack on Kherson, a 42-year-old man was killed and several apartments were damaged.
This was reported by the Prosecutor General’s Office.
It is noted that the man died as a result of a shell hitting one of the streets in the city. Also, residential buildings and power lines were damaged due to shelling.
The prosecutors of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, together with investigators, are taking urgent measures to document the crime committed by the Russian army.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been initiated in criminal proceedings for violations of the laws and customs of war (part 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
An air alarm in Kherson on the morning of April 27 lasted from 10:43 to 11:13.
A day before, on April 26th, the occupiers shelled the Antonivskyi Bridge in the Kherson region. One man was killed on the spot. Italian reporter was also injured.
