On October 31, Russian forces shelled three districts in Donetsk region, resulting in one fatality and four others sustaining injuries.
This was reported by the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, on Wednesday, the occupiers shelled the Pokrovsky, Bahmutsky, and Volnovasky districts. During the day, the Russian army attacked Krasnohorivka, where a local resident, a 59-year-old, was injured near his private home as a result of a direct hit with munitions.
At 17:00, the occupiers targeted the village of Yelizavetivka in the Pokrovsk district, where two neighbors, aged 54 and 68, sustained physical injuries. The men with shrapnel wounds and bone fractures were taken to the hospital for urgent medical assistance.
A few hours later, a 58-year-old resident of South village in Toretsk, who was in his residence with his wife during the shelling, died as a result of shrapnel hitting through the window of their home. According to preliminary information, the forces of the aggressor state attacked the settlement with artillery.
Around 20:00, the yard of a residence in Novoukrainka village in the Volnovask district was hit by enemy fire, injuring a 73-year-old woman.
In addition, on the night of November 1, Russian occupiers attacked Poltava region with “Shahed” drones, hitting an oil refinery in Kremenchuk, resulting in a fire.
