On the morning of May 5th, the Russian army struck a thermal power plant in Donetsk. It had already come under fire on the night of May 4th. As a result of this attack, the equipment has been seriously damaged.
This was reported by the press service of the energy company DTEK.
“On the morning of May 5th, due to intensive shelling, the DTEK Energy thermal power plant was again damaged. This is already the second shelling of this station in the last few days,” the statement said.
There were no casualties from the attack, but the equipment of the enterprise was seriously damaged. DTEK reminded that since September last year, the energy companies of the company have been attacked by occupiers 32 times.
This is the second attack on this facility in two days. During the shelling of Ukraine on the night of May 4th, the occupiers damaged the DTEK thermal power plant in Donetsk. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
