Russians targeted a populated area in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region.
President Zelensky reports this.
“At this time, Russian terrorist artillery has killed 16 people in the city of Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region. A regular market. Shops. A pharmacy. People who were not at fault. Many are injured. Unfortunately, the number of casualties and injured may still increase”, he stated.
Local media report that the central market of the city was hit by the Russian attack.
